What's tixeebox?

tixeebox is a smartphone based ticket issuing app. No more exchanging paper tickets at the venue. Your smartphone is the new ticket!

Compatibility

  • We recommend you update your smartphone's OS and setups descripted below.
  • If you use tixebox under the conditions other than the recommended (shown below), motion malfunctions and ticket display trouble may occur.

Signing up with tixeebox is free and can be done in the app.

How to claim your ticket(s)

Event dates and when to download your ticket(s)

You may only claim (download) your ticket 5 days before the event at noon. "Ticket Center" will only appear in your app from the described time above only
we may expect the internet line to be busy on the day of the event. Please download and install the app before the day of the event and have the ticket ready on the day.
※If you "Receive" button does not move, update the browser, or, please click(tap) the「 update button 」

  • Password 1 Type in the 9digit number of your Ticket ID.
  • Password 2 4 digits of your Birthday (Month/Date).

How to claim your ticket(s) through tixeebox

You may only claim (download) your ticket(s) after you have installed and signed up the tixeebox app.

How to give your ticket(s) to your friends/family. (GIFT)

The person receiving the ticket(s) will also need to download and register tixeebox.

※It is forbidden to sell the tickets.
You may not give all your tickets to your friends/family. You will need to keep one for yourself.
※You may only delete the giving tickets before it is received.

How to enter

Firstly

We may expect the internet line to be busy on the day of the event.
Please download and install the app before the day of the event and have the ticket ready on the day.

※You may only claim (download) your ticket 5 days before the event at noon.

How to enter the event on the day

Please show the ticket screen to the staff at the enterance.

※Ticket check will be done by the staff at the venue.
Please do not swipe the ticket.You may not enter the event if the ticket is being used. However, if the ticket is swiped accidentally, please contact the tixeebox support center immediately.

  • Please have the ticket ready from the app. NOT a screenshot of the ticket.
  • Please check if the ticket you are going to use has an orange line across the top of the ticket 30 minutes prior the opening. (Please reload the ticket page or close the app if the line is gray at the venue.)

By using the tixeebox app you are able to send your ticket through the app.

For customers who does not possess smartphones, please enter with the smartphone that has multiple tickets inside. It is necessary to enter with the person who has the smartphone.
For further questions, please confirm with the tixeebox customer support desk that will be located near the entrance gate on the day of event.

Regarding to the password, please confirm with ticket PIA through e-mail E-mail address:question@pia.co.jp

There will be a tixeebox customer support desk near the gate. Please come to the desk on the event day.
In addition, please bring your identification documents to confirm your purchase.
※Note that on the day of event, the desk will be crowded.Thus, please come in advance for your smooth entry.

After you logout from the tixeebox app from your previous smartphone and relogin in your new smartphone the information will automatically be transfered and the tixeebox ticket will be shown on your new smartphone.

The ticket will only be able to be swiped on the day of the event. If you accidently swiped the ticket on the day of the event, please choose NO at the confirmation dialogue. If " Yes " you've been selected to , Contact us at [support@livestyles.tv]
